WHAT IS THE TAPU(TITLE DEED)
The Tapu is a legal document which shows you have ownership rights over the property. The owner's fulla name and photograph and detailed information on the asset are written on this document called TAPU or TAPU SENEDI in Turkish.Once the property is sold, the Title Deeed is transfered from the seller to the buyer and that concludes the sale. When you buy, purchase any real-etate such as apartment, villa, plot or land in Turkey, you have to take the TAOU(TITLE DEED) from land registry office of the relevant area whre the property is.


THE TAPU (TITLE DEED) description:

1. Cadastral coordinates of the land(plot) where theproperty is located.
2. The owner's pictures(2 photo are required).
3. Information about the registrations of teh land in the TAPU OFFICE.
4. The state of land.
5. The area of the land belonging to the new owner.
(in propertion to the size of the property)
6. Condition of the property belonging to the ne owner.
(the type of the property)
7. The pice of the property.
8. The previous owner's information.
9. The new owner's information.
10.The date of the property purchase by the previous owner.
11.The previous owner's TAPU registration number
12.Registration data of the new TAPU document
13.The new owner's property puschase date.
14.TAPU officer's signature & the stamp of TAPU OFFICE.
